Live calls (virtual and, in the future, in-person training)

All services are educational and supportive in nature.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Coaching services are not medical advice

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition

Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment

You are responsible for consulting with a qualified healthcare provider regarding your health

You assume full responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

3. Client Responsibility

You understand that:

Results are not guaranteed

Your progress depends on your participation, effort, and personal circumstances

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes

We are not liable for any result or lack of result from participation in our services.

4. Payments & Billing

We offer:

One-time purchases

Monthly recurring memberships

Optional annual billing (when available)

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.
No refunds are issued for:

Coaching services

Memberships

Digital products

Courses or live calls

Please review all information carefully before purchasing.

5. Memberships & Cancellations

Memberships may be cancelled at any time

Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle

Access is revoked once the billing cycle ends

No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

6. Coaching Sessions & Live Calls

Live workout or coaching sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance

Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited at our discretion.

7. Strategy Calls & Consultations

Free strategy calls are informational only and do not guarantee acceptance into any program or service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through this website, programs, memberships, and digital products is the intellectual property of Next Level Health Consulting, LLC.

9. Community Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any participant from programs, memberships, or communities for:

Disruptive behavior

Harassment

Violation of these terms

Sharing proprietary content

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Level Health Consulting, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of this website.
