And I created House of Fitness because I was done watching women blame themselves for a system that was never designed with them in mind.
I’ve seen so many women try so hard — doing all the “right” things — and still end up feeling stuck, exhausted, discouraged, and disconnected from their bodies (and I was one of them).
Somewhere along the way, fitness stopped feeling empowering.
It started feeling punishing.
Boring. Overwhelming. Lonely.
Like one more thing to fail at.
And I knew it didn’t have to be that way.
I believed women deserved a space where they could get strong, feel confident, relieve stress, and actually enjoy the process.
A space that felt supportive instead of intimidating.
A space that made you want to keep showing up.
So I built it.
House of Fitness is more than a gym.
It’s a place where women can reconnect to their strength, their confidence, their power, and themselves.
