Like many women, I spent years trying to “fix” my body.
I followed plans, counted macros, and pushed through workouts, only to repeat the same cycle of progress and burnout.
When results didn’t last, I assumed the problem was me — not the approach.
That changed when I stopped forcing consistency and started paying attention to how my body actually responded to movement, stress, and structure. What felt like discipline when it worked was really alignment.
That shift led me to become a certified personal trainer and later to Human Design — a framework that helped explain why certain methods work for some people and not for others.
Today, my work is focused on helping clients build health that feels sustainable and supportive of real life. I don’t believe in punishment or perfection. I believe in understanding how you’re wired, respecting your energy, and creating habits you can actually maintain.
